Dear readers,
I'm new to this list having only recently installed Hesiod
on our Vax. Work ongoing here is closely related to work
that has been done or may be in the planning for Hesiod.
I would like to hear from any of the developers/planners
with regard to the following items:
1) The dynamic update code in named.
2) The use of Kerberos to authenticate service requests to
Hesiod.
I also had a small problem installing Hesiod. In particular
the named Makefile failed when it tried to make res_debug;
no Makefile in the res directory, and it failed during the
make install phase; "Don't know how to make named.0.".
