Accomplishments in October
* Completed the Analysis phase to ensure we have all the information we need.
* Began the Design phase.
* Ordered the servers.
* Wrote a first draft of the Support/Rollout Plan.
* Team visited the Parking Office to see how it maintains its files
and review some of the business procedures.
Goals for November
* Continue the work in the Design phase.
* Present the first draft of the Support/Rollout Plan to the team.
* Start working on a Test Plan.
Next Community Milestone
Rollout to the community is expected to be in July 2003. Usability
activities, testing, and Parking Coordinators focus groups will be
involved before then.
