Hi all!
I am writing today to solicit your ideas for possible future training
topics. In the past, the Competency Group has offered training to help
develop competencies in the behavioral areas such as Project Management,
Interviewing for Competencies and Coaching. We would now like to offer
training to develop and advance staff's technical skills. If you have any
suggestions, please email me. I will collate the responses and present
them at the Sept. 26th Delivery Team Leader's meeting in hopes of
continuing this discussion and to prioritize the list of training topics.
After speaking with you and others within IS, we hope to move forward
quickly to offer quality techincal training.
