accomplishments past period:
- resolved any outstanding bugs as a result of the new release in august
- collected and prioritized potential next steps for casetracker
design and development, in preparation for discussions with sponsor
and category owners
- reiewed casetracker policies around queue manager responsibilities,
and decided to revise
- drafted and reviewed category list, description, and contact info.
will need to revise draft to share with category owners at next
ct-lead meeting
goals for coming period:
- schedule next category owners meeting
- communicate with sponsor about our proposed design/development next steps
- review earlier drafted design for case lists and modify as appropriate
- review options for replacing "freeze" date with a more coherent
and consistent way to handle this workflow management piece
- review draft of new web front page and make any appropriate modifications
team dynamics:
- all members are operating at optimal efficiency; the team seems to
really enjoy working with one another
next community milestone
- revision and ratification of casetracker policies in nov/dec
- casetracker category owners meeting in nov/dec
