Accomplishments this period:
- Two classes are now scheduled to use the service so far this term;
one has been set up and is using it already (no problems reported
thus far), with the other to begin some time in October.
- Completed procedures to ease the maintenance of web-based service
status announcements, also giving users a way to display the current
announcement in text format from the command line.
- Documentation tweaks.
Goals for next period:
- Set up second class to use the service.
- Schedule another training session with consultants.
- Maybe hand off officially to Support, if training is completed.
Next community milestone:
- Hand off to Support.
