Accomplishments in September
*Established the Project Notebook.
*Started to work on the different types of Plans --Usability, EAST,
Support, etc.--that will be necessary for delivery of the product.
*Had beginning conversations with EAST, ASST, and the team members
from the Usability group.
*Started the Analysis phase and reviewed the business procedures of
the Parking Office and also the charts and diagrams that show the
flow of information.
*Scheduled a tour of the Parking Office for the team.
Goals for October
*Complete the Analysis phase to ensure we have all the information we need.
*Begin the Design phase.
*Order the servers.
*Continue to write the different plans.
*Visit the Parking Office with the team.
