Accomplishments in August
- Comparison between campus and Lincoln Lab regarding HR configuration.
- New ESS transaction in support of annual Telephone Directory process went 
live. A sampling of production problems are keeping job titles in sync 
between SAP and Cyborg, persons not having access and they feel they 
should, and a person having multiple MITID's. There has been over 1,600 
persons who have used the transaction in 1st 2 weeks.
- New version of project web-site published.

Goals for Sept
- Receive final plan from HR on how HR Officers will reach out to their 
respective customers to gather feedback on proposed changes to HR Letters.
- Tuition Assistance configuration demonstrated to business owners.
- Resolve primary business owner for Pension Payroll as well as finalize 
interfaces with outside vendors.

Next Community Milestone
- Nothing definitive now.

Issues
- Determination of Lincoln Lab - campus integration. Impacts scope, 
timeline, project structure, HR structure and project resources.
- Pension Payroll and HR go-lives in early 2003 will impact our SAP 
environment in terms of pre-production environments, size of SAP instances, 
management of support packs, and other areas. Important that we get ahead 
of this change.
