Accomplishments for July 2002
-----------------------------
- Developed draft "Request for EAST Support," a form that will be used
as part of the process of accepting an application for maintenance
by EAST.
- Investigated using CaseTracker as a knowledge base for EAST and
decided not to implement this idea.
- Trained two members of EAST on how to support the Physical Education
Lottery application.
- Selected EAST representatives to be part of the Parking Web project team.
- Completed pending ECAT work
- The Coeus Development Team developed a patch for Coeus 3.8, which includes
fixes for bugs that were reported by MIT users and other schools, as well
as a few minor, user-requested enhancements. The patch is in testing and
we expect to release in early August.
- TNS:
1) Fixed 47 broken service orders.
2) Produced 1 ad-hoc reports.
3) Made 1 new client installation.
4) Worked on the enhancement for TNS billing to accept credit charge.

- Begin process of accepting the Events Calendar application into EAST
