Accomplishments Past Period:
Dell:
- Went live!
- Began pilot with a few community users
Grainger:
- Grainger made changes to their OrderRequest submission to add the
data we need to successfully populate the ecatreq
- Made modifications in the ecatreq code to accept Grainger's use of
Ship To fields in the OrderRequest
- Encountered problem with the Grainger vendor number in SAP. Began
troubleshooting this with FSS and Procurement.
PSB:
- Continued discussions with PSB director on team's vendor
recommendation and next steps.
Goals for Next Period:
Dell:
- Monitor and expand pilot testing
Grainger:
- Generate test orders and send to Grainger for review.
- Work with FSS and Procurement to fix problem with vendor number.
PSB:
carryovers:
- Finalize recommendation and pursue next steps with preferred vendor.
- Notify other vendors of status.
Next community milestone:
- Moving Grainger to production for piloting. Target is September.
