Accomplishments this period:
- Finalized basic approach for sign-up forms; got initial approval
from othomas. Forms still need a bit more tweaking.
- Completed testing under Athena 9.1; updated all debug servers.
- Set up procedures for maintaining service status announcements.
- Completed draft of documentation.
- Set up new longjobs-dev locker, in order to separate development-
related files from the software in the longjobs locker. The
latter is now replicated, and set for automatic nightly release.
Goals for next period:
- Complete sign-up forms; review with support.
- Schedule training session with consultants.
- Review documentation for roll-out.
- Schedule deployment of new slaves, and updates of servers to 9.1.
Next community milestone:
- Deploy new slaves, and official roll-out (summer).
