Here's the April 2002 EAST Report (sorry it's late). This is my
final report. I will now be signing off of the delivery and
delivery-council lists. It has been a pleasure working with all of
you.

team leader candidate.

- Finalize Coeus migration Project plan
- Finalize project plan for IRB module based on the outcome of Coeus users
meeting on 18th and 19th
- Create a development infrastructure and environment for Java development
- Finish Coeus COI web module.
Accomplishments for April 2002:

- Attended Coeus Users meeting in 18th and 19th of April.
- Created and submitted Phase I and Phase II SBIR proposal to NIH
- Working on project plan for Coeus migration to Java
- Working on design specification for Coeus IRB module
- Fixed problems in Coeus 3.8 deployment kit reported by ASU and Princeton
- Continuing Java learning

SAPweb work is still being delayed by other demands on Todd's time

projected next milestones should be reviewed by the new team leader.

- Upgrade and test developer 2000 version 6.0 for Windows 2000 professional.
- Modify TNS billing to include one time tether installation charges in
TNS billing.
TNS accomplishments for April 2002:

- Fixed 39 broken service orders.
- Produced 18 ad-hoc reports.
- Finished adding circuit and tether one time charges into TNS billing.
- Worked on the installation of developer 6.0 on window NT platform.
