SAP Data Archiving - Round 2 Project

Accomplishments past period:
* deleted Workflow event trace from SF6 for Integration Test.
* deleted FM data (<=FY01) in SF6 for Integration Test.
* Validated that the integration test didn't reveal any issues with purged
data.
* Scheduled production purges for the week of 5/13.
Goals for the coming period:
* Get final buy-in from Wayne Turner for FM purges in production.
* Execute production purges (FM + Workflow traces).
* Schedule Final Sponsor Meeting - Present project results.
* Write archiving procedures for all archived objects.
* Meet with Claude Desrosiers to pass Archiving learnings to the Lincoln
Lab SAP project.
* Final Website update.
* End Project.
SAP Production Subset Project

Accomplishments past period:
* Established contact with FSS MM configuration team to work on MM archiving,
particularly with Vendor Masters.
Goals for the coming period:
* Review purchasing documents retention period with FSS customizing team.
* Evaluate Vendor Master archiving requirements and options with FSS MM Team.
* Continue MM_EKKO archiving exercise.
* Archive as many archiving objects as possible in SF3.
The following objects are considered for the subset but can only be
archived once MM_EKKO has been archived:
. CO_COSTCTR - Cost center - all data (incl. center master)
. PS_PROJECT - Project system: Operative structures
. CO_ORDER - Orders with transaction data
. SD_VBAK - Sales documents
. CO_ITEM - CO line items
* Update website and project documentation.
