This Month's Accomplishments (April 2002)
- Focused on closing Delivery Project - once announcement is sent, project
is closed
- Determined that remaining issues would be worked on while WebMail is in
production, including:
* Enable checking quota and usage on the mail server from inside WebMail
* Investigate ways to prevent loss of Compose window on session timeout
* Provide better behavior / documentation for users who may get mail to
a non-IS mail server
* Incorporate functionality to allow user-settable options to persist
across sessions
- Assisted with editing other email support pages and add to FAQ / Stock
Answers
- Looked at log analysis tools
- Held WebMail recognition for the WebMail Delivery Team
Team will continue to work on outstanding issues as part of production
work, in addition to other support questions that come up.

- We reached 5,875 unique users in April 2002.
