demonstrated. Feedback is resulting is refinements.
- SAP Solution Review conducted for Business Blueprints for Organization
Management, Personnel Administration and Telephone Directory. No high risks
identified by SAP consultant.
- Pension Payroll completed Business Blueprint which is now in the business
owner's hands for review and comment.
- The "roadshow" illustrating the work of the several business process
redesign teams was presented to several groups. Two schools requested we
wait until the summer for their presentations, otherwise we have completed
the community presentations.

Goals for May
- Review design proposal of mini-application for the production of HR
Letters with key stakeholders. This is a carryover from last month.
- Pension Payroll blueprint signed off by business owner.
- Conceptual design of appointments and salary distribution approved and
detail requirements in-progress.

Next Community Milestone
- Next suite of ESS transactions referenced above, scheduled for July.

Issues
- Determination of Lincoln Lab - campus integration. Impacts scope,
timeline, project structure, HR structure and project resources.
- Pension Payroll and HR go-lives in early 2003 will impact our SAP
environment in terms of pre-production environments, size of SAP instances,
management of support packs, and other areas. Important that we get ahead
of this change.
