St Stephen Church,
15Bp 1394 Bp 12,
Abidjan Cote D' ivoire,

W/Africa.

WE ARE NOTIFYING YOU ABOUT YOUR BEQUEST; CAREFULLY READ THROUGH:

I am James Emadia. I am writing on behalf of the TRUSTEES and EXECUTORS of the WILL of late Engr. Chris K Chu. I was directed to send this mail in order to notify you about your BEQUEST. We are pleased to inform you that you were named in the codicil and last testament of the late Engr. Chris K Chu as the beneficiary to the bequest of the sum of Four Million, Two Hundred Thousand United States Dollars (US$4,200,000.00 ).

Until his death, he was a former managing director and pioneer staff of a giant construction company. He was a very dedicated Christian and a prominent parish member. As a great philanthropist, he received papal award during his life time. He died on the 9th March, 2004 and was buried on the 20th of the same month. His will is now in execution. Although, he was a foreigner, he requested before his death that he be buried here. In his words, "I regard here as my home and the people as my people" He said that this token is to either support your Charity activities or to encourage you to engage in helping the less privileged.

As a sign of identification and to enable the attorney file necessary documents at our high court probate division for the release of the bequest, the trustees requires you to confirm the following:

i. Your full name,
ii. Your Date of birth,
iii. Your occupation,
