* Updates (15 min)
- 6/17 project review with Discovery
Scheduled; looking for projects to review, maybe Mailman, ClearCommerce
- Monthly News and Quarterly report input
Sent out over the weekend; In future, process teams asked to supply quarterly input and any monthly ideas
- Windows Business Model for FY05
Tom & Bob doing a first pass; Jag will work on getting machine breakdown with Tom
- Contractor / voucher revised process (MCS)
New vouchers and contracters, change in status, change in compensation must get checked with CG. Due diligence work, since it is a way to get people into permanent status.
- PA status (MCS)
Mark handed out the PA list; TLs need to get signed, hard copy forms on file with Jane.

* Roundtable (20 min)
- Ken: Fiscal 2004 work being done; get information in to Ken as he's asked for
- TomT: working with good AFS consultant
- Bill: Athena 9.2 on track, have had some issues with lack of portable code
- TomG: Released events calendar to world; are letting people know who requested it that code is now available. Secure website set up to download code.
- TomG: looking at Roles, and moving it from Powerbuilder to all web.
- Lorraine: Credit Card project done; Jim Morgan happy. Concentrating on moving merchants from POS to online.
- Lorraine: ECAT - RFP from Apple received; looking through it
- Lorraine: Departmental Applications project themes include consider buy and build options; how team should be structured; core team good with people that can be pulled in when needed; gets structure especially for scoping projects; should this effort be another front door? maybe there are enough already and this is another level team. Feedback welcome.
- Jag: Mailman launched, continuing publicity
- Marshall: continue Kerb5 development; may be able to move forward on AES support (conflict with Microsoft on this, may have come to a settlement)
- Mary: Finished negotiations with AAUDE; rumor that COFHE will want a warehouse as well.
- Mary: HR Payroll needs stable environment with test data for next step
- Bob: IS Communications functions document for review; especially looking for technical reviewers.

* Delivery Council Charter & Meeting Schedule (30 min)
- maybe scale back to once a month; focus on admin/internal items, share information, vetting initiatives
- reaction: meet less frequently is good, more matching scope with how we actually work, can do more by email. Maybe every 3 weeks? But 3 week interval is a scheduling nightmare.
- We will meet on JUNE 9 and JUNE 23, July we will wait on.

* Review of Current/Upcoming Projects (15 min)
- Community Discussion Board
- Knowledge Based System (could be big)
- Online Conference Services for LSA (discovery wrapping up; probably outsourced with a role for IS in dept apps context)
- Oracle 9i middleware (why isn't this service?)
- Web Search Service
