accomplishments past period:
- began qa testing.

- worked with asst to test out hot backups on test machine

- reviewed usability report, prioritized and implemented reasonable 
recommendations

- met to discuss next generation of casetracker, plans going into 
fy04.  drew  up rough timeline and resource allocations.


goals for coming period:
- post most recent version of casetracker policies to the web

- look into adding code that enables flexible sorting on case lists 
that are the result of a search

- explore implications of adding waiting status and changing freeze 
until to wait until date

- schedule training and ct-lead meeting to occur shortly before 
release date to keep customer community informed and clear on how to 
use new functionality

- begin thinking about phase 3 as completion of case sets will mark 
the completion of phase 2
