Accomplishments in March
- Continued work on content for topic pages.
- Began IS Development team meetings -- Jeff Reed, Kris Nyzio, Samantha
Conte and Brett Barros working together to track and research data to
begin populating the pages.
- First batch of templates completed and coded in HTML and ready to be
populated.
- Reviewed Style Guide and Guidelines and Procedures document with Barrett
and talked about having an on-line version for reference.
- Began Project Evaluations for Core Team members.
- Began discussions w/Greg Anderson (sponsor), Jeanne Cavanaugh and Chris
Sherrill about proposal for how to handle implementation and ongoing
maintenance of the web site into the future -- meeting on 3/25.
Goals for April
- Continue working with staff on content for Topic Pages of the web site.
- Continue development, research and data gathering for content of various
web site pages.
- Work on Implementation Plan -- phase in approach and proposal for IS Web
team to maintain the site going forward and present to sponsors. Follow-up
meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 8 w/Greg Anderson, Jeanne Cavanaugh
and Chris Sherrill.
- Complete Project Evaluations for Core Team members and send to respective
team leaders.
- Finalize templates in HTML
- Populate templates with content for phase I launch
- Continue outreach to staff in IS for input on site
Next Community Milestone
- Launch anticipated for May 1 via no complications with page production.
