This month's accomplishments (March, 2003)
=B7 Continue implementation of EHS in the Data Warehouse.
o Completed & tested prototype.
o Built production processes.
o Created metadata.
o Began setting up access control.
=B7 Investigation and fixing of 'rollback segment too small/snapshot=

too old' issues.
=B7 Created a draft conceptual model of EHS training data.
=B7 Continued work with the Project Intersections Team..

=B7 Continue verification of the HR Conceptual data model(s).
=B7 Completed converting Brio 5 web reports to Brio 6 for rollout this=

=B7 Continue working with training & Pubs to identify and create new=

Brio 6 Classes.

o Prepare 1-day training class for AAUDE at COFFEE=20
Conference in Chicago.
o Loaded 2000-2001 IPEDS Completion data
o Continue developing AAUDE release II analysis and=20
implementation plans.
=B7 Designed and implemented new tables (these include student and=20
employee data and lookup tables) for organization units and student=20
dormitories for the Web Parking project.
=B7 Refreshed the CIP (Classification of Instructional Programs)=

with the "2000 Edition" data published by the National Center for Education=

Statistics in April 2002.
=B7 Began loading Student Degree Candidate data.
=B7 Worked with ASST to set up and configure the new Warehouse Web=20
Server (TAJ).
=B7 Prototyped and set up programs and templates to incorporate Brio 6=

reports in the web pages -- to be implemented in early April after Brio 6=20
goes live.
=B7 Taught two Library/Data Warehouse classes.
=B7 Begin testing of the brio 6 pc installer.
=B7 Drafted a BQ6 report for the Budget Office to roll out to the DLCs=

to track base and non-base budget vs. actual activity; they will review=20
after they finish preparing the Budget Book.
=B7 Made minor modifications to the Student Degree data. Added columns=

to the table, modified metadata and process files.
=B7 Loaded HR_LOOKUP tables.
