Accomplishments in March
* Continued to meet with the Barrett Web design team, selected a
design, and began the prototype work for the new application.
* Met with the EAST representative, Tom Grayson, had initial
discussions, and filled out the EAST application request form.
* Finalized procedures for carpool and department vehicles.
* Put the appropriate forms in PDF.
* Reviewed the rollout and support plans.
Goals for April
* Continue to meet with the design team.
* Conduct the Usability testing.
* Ensure that Tom Grayson is on board and working with the programmer.
* Finalize procedures for violations and authorized personnel.
* Start preparing for training in June.
Next Community Milestone
Rollout to the community is expected to be in July 2003. Usability
activities, testing, and Parking Coordinators focus groups will be
involved before then.
We are planning training sessions for the parking coordinators in June.
Learnings
This is a wonderful team, hard working and very dedicated.
