Project Name: HR-Payroll Project

Accomplishments in March
- Completed specifications for Lincoln-to-campus data exchange. Development
team formed and kick-off occurred in March.
- Transports for Enterprise Structure conversion sent to SH/2 and
conversion tests run in this new SAP environment.
- Final unit testing for HR go-live configuration occurred in SF/2.
Resulted in 2 major problems and several minor problems. One of major
problems resolved and work on other in-progress. Transports to SH/2 to
occur in next week.
- MITID interfaces completed.
Goals for April
- Begin informal integration testing in SH/2.
- Complete 80% of conversion development.
Next Community Milestone
- Tuition Assistance ESS in May.
- Data validation of Cyborg data by DLC's starting.
- Pilot with 3 - 5 DLC's for capturing Research Affiliations in SAP HR.
This is in-progress.
- Employee Self-service applications for Emergency Contacts, Education
Attainment and EEO info scheduled for soon after HR Go-live which is August.
Issues
- Scheduling a campus integration test along with supporting the project
testing prior to HR go-live.
