Accomplishments in February 2002:
Continued planning the E19 reconstruction; finalizing the redesign plans;
moved employees in anticipation of construction;
Completed negotiations around final payments for Lucent Integration travel
and living expenses, and transportation costs, and paid final bills.
Next Month's plan:
Finailize the redesign and construction plans for the E19's switchroom;
begin construction activities;
Meet with team members when Lu Keohane returns from medical leave to start
planning the training for the Operations team technicians. (e.g. 5E
architecture, maintenance, translations, DDM 2000 and other newly installed
equipment).
Begin compiling list of new features and prepare for discussion around
implementation;
Issues:
