Accomplishments Past Period:
- Registrar went live for back-office credit card processing
- European Club career fair registration site went live.
- LFM-SDM external payment form went live.
- Worked with Brain and Cognitive Sciences on a conference
registration site. Site is built and partially tested. Waiting for
Brain and Cognitive Sciences' go-ahead to flip the switch.
- Finalized contract addendum with ClearCommerce for new store
licensing agreement.
- Released new version of OMARS.
- Developed proposal for Athletics' Day Camp registrations
- Re-structured CAO Payment form to use the same code as other
external forms. Previously, it had been its own servlet. The new form
went live last week.
- Developed strategy and prototype for using secure cgiemail with
OMARS. Conference Services is very interested in a solution such as
this for collecting registration information and pulling it into
their Filemaker database.
Goals for Next Period:
- Brain and Cognitive Sciences should be ready to go live.
- Write Delivery report.
- Continue discussions with Athletics on on-line options for Day Camp
registrations.
- Test the cgiemail option with Conference Services and determine next steps.
- Consider upgrading to ShopSite 6, which first requires a contract addendum.
Next Community Milestone:
- Roll-out of the new merchants mentioned above.
