The New Jersey legislature has announced that they will begin issuing
smartcards for driver's licenses. The New license is reported to contain
* biographical info
* auto insurance info
* medical insurance info
* health info
The cards are also claimed to be capable of carrying
* fingerprints
* photographic images
* health records
* billing statements
