Well said; this captures the feeble quaintness of the effort.
A bunch of american yokels using decades old keywords in email to each
other doesn't impress anyone.

As far as quality netspiel material goes, you'd want to use modern
keywords. One could process documents obtained from .mil or .gov (ones
containing base names, maps, directions, lat/long; CBW ingredients; foreign
embassy staff names; etc.). jya.com has a nifty cache, but there's plenty
of docs out there.
altavista: +.mil -.com -.edu -.org <phrase>
It would be best if everyone found their own terms, for diversity, but
that's too much effort to expect.

Extra points for including home addresses of high level politicos. IIRC,
Albright's neighbors were pissed at the danger she put them in during the
most recent balkan colonization.
If these become known, please share the info anonymously.

To really have fun, though, how about mass-action sending pgp-encrypted
files (content irrelevant) to random eastern european or Columbian
addresses. Chum where you see the dorsal fins for the most frenzy..

Or set up some drop boxes and get your furriner buddies (esp.
those from the evil domains) to set up daemons pick up and deposit random
data. Uniformly random :-) If you can
hack into a furriner site, you can set up both sides yourself,
and you won't even have to bother their sysop :-)

Of course, all this makes it easier for the Analysts to figure out who goes
on which list: discontent sheep, and happy sheep. Makes the roundup so
much easier.
