Presumably you mean software products.  Not really.
PGPfone runs on macs & pcs and a commercial version is
around; SF has available source.

To run the tools you list effectively, you'll need
MIPS & bandwidth in excess of what DOS/Win3.11 era computers
provided.

Would you pay $100 for a box that turns your cellphone
