Corporations have had had ample time to be fully apprised of the dangers of
all written records since at least the days of the IBM antitrust trial of
20+ years ago.

All records, written and electronic, were subject to subpoena, and the DOJ
filled entire warehouses with the daily calendars, doodlings, and other
detritus of the IBM workers.

The MS trial is penny ante by comparison.
