Hettinga's OMINOUS cross post

Fellow Cypherpunks,

Hettinga cross posted about a proposal to make the admission of
decrypted computer files as evidence allowable while suppressing how the
State got the info.

If the U.S. has knowledge of mass operating system weaknesses or
backdoors built into most people's computer - ware, then this legislation
would be extremely valuable. It would be nice for them
too if it merely covered black bag computer break ins but not nearly as
valuable as if they were concealing a mass back door. This looks
nasty.

I have been unable to find the Hettinga's post on this.

Yours Truly,
Gary Jeffers

BEAT STATE!!!!!
