The constitution doesn't allow it, I think an EO allows it with CIC
case-by-case approval,,, but that is for direct action by military. The
claimed reason for .mil presence was "advisory",,, as if the friggin' fbi
and atf did not have sufficient combined experience to deal with a
barricade/bunker situation they should have had the experience to not
create in the first place.
Militarization of the Police Force, utilization of the Military for Police
duties.
