Reliable 1.0.3 is now available as a full installation and as an upgrade
from 1.0.2. This release corrects several problems in 1.0.2 and is
distributed with the latest version of the SPGP DLL.
It is recommended that operators using older versions of Reliable
upgrade at this time. The new versions of Reliable include several new
capabilities (esub and ekx), streamlined online updating features,
updated documentation (including security suggestions), as well as the
correction of several problems.
Remailer users are also reminded that the Reliable User's Manual is a
reference manual which documents remailer commands, functions, and
capabilities, and includes a glossary of remailer terms. This is

Changes to Reliable 1.0.3 from previous version 1.0.2
* A problem which caused an occassional bad file number error during
dummy message generation has been corrected.
* A problem which caused the blue information "i" icon to appear when
no information was available on non-mix remailers has been corrected.
* The FTP Start button will now upload all stats files.
* A problem which caused a 'bad subscript' error with an empty keyring
has been corrected.
* Clearsigned PGP and Mixmaster keys may now be added using Tools|Add
Key From Clipboard. (The signature should not be included on the
clipboard. The "- -----" will be translated automatically.)
* The Reliable 1.0.3 distribution includes SPGP DLL version 2.2.3.2
