you mean an identity card ? Or National Number ? The former yes, the
latter is optional, you can request that they do NOT put in on your ID
card.

Every time you come in ? you should change banks... Maybe you don't have a
Bancontact card ? That, combined with your secret pincode should suffice

What kind of job do you have ? I don't have a real job of course, I'm in
the military, where things should be even harder... Yes, I've got an ID
card that allows me to enter my unit, but maybe that's rather related to
the type of work we do ?

PS: it's not too bad overhere I guess. OK, I'm not free, like in the
Middle Ages, I'm the property of the Armed Forces, but if you're not in
the military you don't have that archaic problem at all...
