Regarding this - I remember seeing something, somewhere, about an
open-source driver (for Windows) which enabled one to allocate memory which
was guaranteed to only stay in RAM - never written to the hard disk. Does
anybody know of such a beast? (Besides PGP's vxd, which as I understand
isn't open source.) Search engines haven't helped a bit here...
