I'm not threatening him not to say it. I'm not even suggesting he
isn't welcome to say it. I'm just commenting on a strangely formatted,
content-less message that suddenly appeared in my mailbox. He's welcome to
spout whatever crazy government conspiracy-type madness he creates or
finds, but the fact that you are talking about strange things doesn't mean
they must be delivered unintelligibly. If you think the CIA or FEMA or
<insert TLA here> is going to take over the world, feel free to say so.
But don't insert it between between fifteen elipses that themselves are
separated by clauses taken so completely out of context they could be
talking about the construction of W88s as easily as how to set the time on
my VCR...
