There is no "current list manager."
As to the double posts you are getting, check where they are coming from
and to what address they are being sent. A good chance that you are
subscribed to 2 of the sources lists or to one list under 2 e-mail
addresses.
You can also do the usual Majordomo command sorts of things, such as
querying the site with "who cypherpunks" to get a listing of subscriptions.
This may show you subscribed in ways you didn't think you were.
