Michael,
But what about the part of the SAFE bill that ciminalizes a violation of a
court order to decrypt? Are there any other cases where refusal to obey an
order in equity gives rise to a common law crime?
SEC. 14. FAILURE TO DECRYPT INFORMATION OBTAINED UNDER COURT ORDER.

information in accordance with the order in such readable or
comprehensible form--
