Obtain, under pretense of metal plating, sodium or
potassium cyanide. Put it into a capsule. Or
if you want it to look like an accident, put it on
an apple.

The advantages are dirt cheap, and very quick. Generally
not reversible (use photo hypo). Other
poisons are potentially more fun (coke or opiate yourself
to death, nitrous asphyxiation, etc...) but not as
convenient or fast. There are more lethal agents, on
a per-gram basis; look up the .mil stuff on CBW, they'll
have lists of exotic and not-so-exotic sub-milligram lethal agents. Hey,
if you carry a vial of VX, you can
take out some of your tormentors, too.

Spies vs. spies, eh?

Look up +mossad +fentanyl sometime. Mossad tried to off
a Jordanian by squirting an extremely strong opiate into
his ear. They got caught; confessed; the Jordanian got
a shot of naloxone, a general opiate antagonist, and
he survived.
