Dear Mac Fly:
Please allow me to illustrate, in near-graphic detail, the error of your
(b)aaaaassumption.

See those three words? It wasn't RH who said M. Tribe was a liberal - or a
scholar even, he only passed them along, from another list or a web page he
visited.

See this guy? He said it.
Arkansas, figures... I bet your other account is with AOL.
Anyone who comes out of the closet saying "I used to think 2A was a
collective right, but now I think it is an individual right" deserves
scrutiny. Perhaps M. Tribe has face-planted himself with a situation such
as those the authors of 2A were confronted with. Anyone who advocates free
speech, but tells you to shut up while they're talking, and who doesn't
interpret 2A to mean firearms ownership is implicitly required, is a liberal.
Now go back to high school and actually earn passing grades this time.
Don't like it? Better put some ice on that,,,
