I have now received satisfactory direct private assurance that ba.com *is* a
host owned and controlled by Bell Atlantic. As we all know physical location
on the internet need not be the decisive factor.
Also my remarks are by no means directed just at what I saw as the ambiguity
of relationship between between Issue Dynamics and Bell Atlantic. I think
that in an increasingly commercialized internet the identity and control of
hosts is a matter of *general* concern. I would hope to see a norm where all
parties make these relationships as clear as posible from the very beginning.
