I have been lurking on com-priv for about 3 weeks now and there are
some fascinating discussions. Much of the background is missing for
me, however, and I'm finding it difficult to put all the pieces together.
Would someone be so kind, therefore, to answer these probably
stupid questions.
Who/what is MCI?
Who/what is IEEE?
Is the NII going to be a part of the internet accessible to the world or
is it going to be a separate entity?
