As far as I have surmised, IIA's rate for its nationwide 800 service is at
least 20% more expensive than anyone else's including Sprint, ANS, CERFnet,
and Global Enterprise Services. AND, most of these providers allow SLIP or
PPP via their 800, not just shell account access.
The word FREE works pretty well, I'd say.
