ROTFL.

On the other hand, most MUD-type traffic is used for free (to the
user, anyway) phone sex service.

I can't believe that people here have mentioned MUDs as "collaborative
environments" or (some other post said) "sysadmin communication".  Bah!

Let's be honest:  The majority of people using MUD-type services are
typing using one hand.

...and that's about all I can say in public.

Disclaimer: I have never and will never "MUD".  However, I have "read
over the shoulder" (with permission, of course) of many people that are
addicted to MUDs and IRCs and other net.timewasters to see what it's
all about.
