I just hope that the BA/TCI merger can help TCI get more on the ball.  As
for our LOCAL TCI-Cable office... their answer to ANY complaints is "We just
distribute what we get", even when the complaint is that they didn't.

   Of course there aren't many individual cable-TV subscribers with the
"pull" that a mega-buck corporation can have.
