Gordon, most people with multiple accounts tend to use mail forwarding!

	 Believe me I have thought about doing this.  Email would be the only
	 cost effective way for me to do it.  With all those addresses given
	 at the NSF however,  it doesn't seem very effective for me to go that
	 route.  These people certainly have email addresses at their home
	 insititutions and I don't believe therefore that email to their NSF ac
	counts
	 will reach them with adequate speed.  IE am I to suppose that in addit
	ion
	 to checking their regular email box they also login to NSF and check t
	hose
	 with the same frequency??
