Please read what I wrote carefully. If you do, you'll notice that I said
that if there was a proposal that all parties would agree on. Obviously,
none of the prior proposals where acceptable to all parties who participate
in the decision to change process. Also, Gordon very clearly questioned
the process before you clarified what it was.
