Marty at PSI has a good point. X number of million dollars for an extra
year. I object. I object so much that I have just today mailed a written
complaint to the NSF. I have to admit that I do not expect the NSF to do
anything about my complaint. To that end I have complained to the The U.S.
Attorney Generals Office. I consider this entire situation to be the biggest
example of FRAUD, WASTE & ABUSE, that I have ever seen. I am sure that people
like Gordon Cook have only touched on the tip of the iceberg. I am very sure
that the current provider has had numerous off-the-record conversations with
the people at the NSF as well as certain politicians. My response is fine
go ahead and extend the agreement but, meantime we need a complete and detailed
investigation of this situation.
