The IAA apparently DOES exist, but rs.internic.net lists them in New
Jersey, NOT Washington DC. While this outfit may be legitimate, it still
seems ILLEGITIMATE for anyone providing "free access" to need a credit
card number. Nuff bandwidth, unless someone has full clarification, I guess.
