And THIS is exactly what I want to see explained.
Either it goes into the contract, or it doesn't. When _I_
read the contract, I didn't see it there. But every
single IP provider, AND Bill Washburn himself (who claimed
to me in one piece of mail to "not understand the legalese"
of the CIX contract) operates under this "working
definition" and the understanding that if they don't
follow that "rule", they'll be cut off.
I am of the belief that if everyone who believes that the
CIX is a 100% wonderful thing KNEW about this "rule",
that we'd a much better variety of opinion.
