Two close ones that I know of.

KIDSNET a mail list based in Pittsburgh was forced to change its
name when lawyers of Kidsnet Inc started making noises. Its now
called KIDSPHERE. It happened this year.

The change was Kidsnet -> KIDSPHERE@vms.cis.pitt.edu

And in NZ the DECUS Sunday News mail list changed its name to
DECUSlink News, when the publisher of "the Sunday Times" got his
lawyer to write a letter that promised more action :-)

Not what you wanted, but close I guess.
