fONOROLA is an ANS CO+RE gateway customer and has no CIX access.
HookUp is a SprintLink reseller along the lines of WORLD.NET.
SprintLink appears to be leaking HookUp's networks into the CIX,
although HookUp is not a CIX member. Mostly this is because HookUp
doesn't appear to be using its own AS when talking to their provider.

UUNET Canada, fONOROLA, and NSTN (another commercial provider) have
been in discussion about setting up a DMZ router along the lines of
the CIX, and perhaps talking to the CIX in the U.S. Other commercial
providers and the R&E providers who have relaxed AUPs (BCNet, ARNet)
will also be invited to participate as talks progress.
