Which is why we should insist on a common carrier model for the net. To
volunteer to regulate content for minors opens the door to being held
responsible for everything from libelous statements made on your system
to stolen credit card numbers.

And for that reason we should work to keep the FCC as far away from the net
as possible. A Government agency with a taste for censorship and a contempt
for the 1st Amendment is a terrible thing, whether its the NSA or the FCC.
